Richard Aguirre

Founder & President

Richard Aguirre was born and raised in Denton, Texas from immigrant parents. Coming from a large family, he was the 4th of 6 siblings. He started playing recreational soccer at the young age of 4 and became instantly in love with the sport so he continued playing all through high school. He was the recipient of the Raider’s MVP award his senior year.  Richard graduated from Ryan High School in 2008, he received several offers to play college soccer, but due to financial restraints decided to attend college locally. During this time, he met his future wife while attending college, Richard began working for QLSNA in 2010 as a project manager. In order to give back to the community, Richard started an after school soccer program at Huffines Middle School.

"Our vision is to establish a North Texas soccer organization of a higher caliber for men, women and youth. We will accomplish this by not only being the leader in player selection, development and exposure, but also in the development of life skills."

Riana Aguirre

Vice President

Riana Aguirre is a native of South Texas.  She graduated from Sharyland High School in Mission, Texas  in 2007 and went on to get a Bachelor’s degree from The University of North Texas in 2010.  While being employed at Huffines Middle School as an English teacher, she completed her Master’s Degree in Leadership from the Dallas Baptist University. She participated in soccer, volleyball, track and cross country while in high school. Riana was a favorite in track participating in high jump, broad jump, triple jump, 300 and 100 meter hurdles, and the mile relay but due to a sports injury sat out her senior year. Her interest in an active lifestyle led her into the fitness world. She is now a Lead Pilates Instructor, after many years in the education industry. Riana and Richard, have two beautiful boys, Atlas (3) and Ocean (9 months).
